In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
Nov 19, 00:01 EST

The new hardware will provide higher capacity and support additional features that will be used to augment our security capabilities in the future.

Due to the nature of this maintenance, while CCS will do everything possible to minimize any actual service impact, an interruption of up to 2 hours is expected affecting the following services:

Email
UoG's web sites
Webadvisor
Courselink
Alumni CRM
Student Housing web site
Wireless service at Guelph Humber
Eduroam wireless service

Users that are on campus during the maintenance will be able to browse the internet, but cannot access the aforementioned on-campus services. Telephony services will be available throughout the entire maintenance window, without interruption.

If you have any questions of concerns, please contact the CCS Help Centre at x58888 or 58888help@uoguelph.ca.
